Restore AltVita+ or Careers

1. Open AltVita and enter the AltVita Store.
2. Choose Restore Purchases.
3. Use the same Apple Account that originally bought the pack.
4. Keep the app open until Apple finishes checking the receipt.

Restoring a pack brings back eligible premium access. It cannot restore a deleted character or local save.

A purchase is missing, pending or failed

First try Restore Purchases. If Apple shows a purchase as pending, AltVita cannot unlock it until Apple approves and verifies it. If you were charged but access still does not appear after restoration, send a screenshot of the AltVita Store state and the approximate purchase time. Do not email a full receipt containing personal details unless requested.

Apple controls billing, purchase approval and refunds. Refund requests should be submitted through Apple’s Report a Problem service.

A rewarded ad did not unlock something

A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Check your connection, return to the timeline and try again later. Ad availability can vary and is not guaranteed. If the problem repeats, include what you were trying to open and whether the ad completed, froze or never appeared.

A life or save disappeared

AltVita saves lives locally and does not have cloud recovery. Deleting or reinstalling the app, clearing its data, resetting the iPhone or losing the device may permanently remove a save. Support cannot retrieve a life that is no longer on the device.

If the save vanished without one of those events, stop creating new lives and report the issue with the last action you remember, your iPhone model, iOS version and available device storage.

Report a bug

The most useful report includes:

• iPhone model and iOS version;
• AltVita version shown in Settings or the App Store;
• the exact screen and action that caused the issue;
• what you expected and what happened instead;
• whether it happens every time; and
• a screenshot or short screen recording, if safe to share.

Privacy or data request

AltVita cannot view or delete a local game save because it never leaves your iPhone during normal play. For questions about support emails, earlier Founding ID records, website insights, purchases or advertising privacy, read the Privacy Policy or email a request.
