AltVita is a fictional life simulation game. Its events, people, companies, finances and health outcomes are entertainment—not professional advice.
You may play AltVita for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not disrupt the service, access private systems, send abusive automated traffic, bypass security controls, or copy AltVita’s protected content and presentation to publish a competing product.
Features, balance, content and presentation may change as AltVita improves. We may update, repair, suspend or retire parts of the web service. We will take reasonable care of the experience, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Your web-game save is stored locally. It can be lost when browser storage is cleared, a device is reset or the browser removes site data. Until we explicitly introduce a backup or account feature, you are responsible for keeping access to the device and browser that hold your save.
A confirmed subscriber may receive a permanent Founding ID intended to record that they joined AltVita before its App Store release. The First Lives currently promises Founding Player status, iOS launch recognition and eligibility for optional inclusion in The First Lives archive. Presentation and implementation details may evolve while AltVita for iOS is built, but we intend to honor valid Founding Player status.
Founding IDs are personal, have no cash value and are not ownership, equity, currency or a guarantee of admission to limited testing. We may refuse or revoke IDs obtained through abuse, automation, fraud or impersonation.
Society membership through Patreon is voluntary. It does not buy equity, creative control, guaranteed release dates, gameplay power, paid testing access or a more favorable simulated life. Membership benefits will be described before purchase and may also be subject to Patreon’s terms.
AltVita, its software, art, writing, brand and other original material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, you give us permission to use them without an obligation to compensate you.
