Using AltVita

AltVita is a fictional life simulation provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, use AltVita only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Do not misuse or disrupt the service, bypass security, access private systems, send abusive automated traffic, impersonate others, or use AltVita in a way that breaks applicable law.

The game and service

Game events and outcomes are fictional and are not professional advice. Features, content, balance and availability may change as AltVita develops. We may update, pause or retire parts of the service and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Browser saves

The web game stores your save locally in your browser. It may be lost if browser or site data are cleared, the device is reset, or the browser removes stored data. AltVita does not provide a cloud backup unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.

Email and Founding IDs

A Founding ID is optional. Confirmed subscribers receive their ID and may receive the AltVita for iOS App Store release alert. They may unsubscribe at any time.

A Founding ID is a personal record with no cash value. It is not ownership, currency, guaranteed access, a guaranteed future benefit or a promise of a release date. An ID may be refused or revoked if obtained through abuse, automation, fraud or impersonation.

The iOS beta-interest list is separate and uses a single-step signup. Testing is selective and may be offered in waves. Selected players who genuinely participate may receive a permanent Beta Tester badge when supported by the full iOS game. Badge eligibility and linking may be withheld in cases of abuse, automation, fraud or impersonation.

Ownership

AltVita’s software, art, writing, brand and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not republish or commercially exploit them without permission. If you voluntarily send feedback, AltVita may use it without an obligation to compensate you.

Responsibility and rights

AltVita is provided free of charge and as available. To the extent permitted by law, AltVita is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by unavailable service, lost browser data or reliance on fictional game outcomes.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be limited. The Privacy notice explains how information is handled and how to control optional usage insights.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. AltVita may ask you to accept updated terms before continuing to use the service.
